How does "InfoServ FREE Conference" work?
|
|
Upon registration you are given a User access code and a Moderator access code. To schedule a conference, you need to inform the other participants (via telephone, e-mail, SMS, etc.) about the User access code for the conference, the conference telephone number they have to dial and start time for the conference. When a participant dials, he is invited to enter an access code using telephone buttons. When the access code is approved, the system prompts the new participant to pronounce his name with which it informs the other participants in the conference who has joined the conference. When someone leaves the conference,
InfoServ FREE Conference informs everyone in the conference who has just left. The moderator enters the conference with Moderator access code which gives him more control in managing the conference. When the last participant hangs up, the conference is terminated.

Where is the catch? |
|
There is no catch in InfoServ FREE Conference. This service, provided by
DAN electronic Ltd., is absolutely free. Every participant in the
conference is charged only by his telecommunication company. The price per call
depends on the call type (whether it is a local or a long-distance call) and on
your telephone company.

Yes. The time of entering the conference depends entirely on you. |

Yes, they can. Callers are charged according to their telecom’s rate when calling

How long does it take to set up a conference? |
|
Registration takes several minutes. Afterwards it’s up to you. |

What is moderator? |
|
The Moderator manages the conference. Any participant can be a moderator of the conference regardless of whether he organized it as long as he enters in using the moderator code. Each conference can have only one moderator.
